Somatic Inquiry is a trauma-informed approach that invites you into a connection with your body to resolve deeper wounds, survival patterns from childhood and a dysregulated nervous system. I draw on polyvagal theory and somatic practices to support you with nervous system regulation to restore a sense of safety and a greater capacity for feeling and relating authentically.
ACT is a form of psychotherapy that uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies, together with commitment and behavior change strategies, to increase psychological flexibility. Psychological flexibility means living in the present moment fully and making choices in our lives that are based on our values; knowing most what matters to us and who we want to be in the world.
Internal Family Systems is an empowering approach that recognises that we all have a core essential ‘Self’ as well as a system of protective and wounded ‘parts’. These parts can take on different roles like ‘the inner critic’ or a wounded ‘inner child’ and can often be in conflict and cause us distress and unhappiness. Disentangling from parts and connecting more with one’s ‘core self’ can help to bring healing and internal balance.
I offer psychological support to prepare for and integrate a psychedelic experience. I have direct personal experience with various psychedelics in legal settings. I support you with emotional processing, releasing blocked energy, making meaning of transpersonal experiences and metabolising your experience to create genuine change and transformation in your life. I encourage connection with nature, music and creativity to foster grounding and growth.
