About me

B.Sc., M.Sc., DClinPsy, PGDip, HCPC registered.

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist. I completed my doctorate training at University College London where I trained in a range of therapy modalities. In addition to clinical practice, I am a long term student of the Diamond Approach; a psycho-spiritual school that blends ancient wisdom and modern psychology. I increasingly draw on holistic practices that address body, mind and spirit. I support my clients to move from the dominance of the mind into the body where deeper wisdom can be accessed. I believe ‘the only way out is through’ and that any problem or symptom is pointing towards a deeper issue seeking resolution and integration. I currently work in a Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy Clinic in London and in private practice offering online sessions.
