About me

B.Sc, M.Sc, DClinPsy, PGDip, HCPC registered.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and completed my training at University College London. The foundations of my work are built on presence, relational attunement, and a deep trust in the capacity for growth, change, and transformation.

I work with people who often have a strong intellectual understanding of themselves, who may have explored traditional talk therapy, yet feel that something deeper remains unresolved. Through Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and embodied approaches, we explore experiences held not only in thoughts, but also within the body, subconscious, and nervous system. This work can support a deeper sense of self-connection, greater freedom, and a shift in symptoms and patterns that may no longer feel helpful.

Alongside my therapy practice, I am a long-term student of the Diamond Approach — a grounded spiritual path that integrates inquiry, embodiment practices, and modern depth psychology. This ongoing practice has influenced my understanding of inner transformation and the capacity we have to move beyond limiting patterns, reconnect with ourselves more deeply, and discover a greater sense of authenticity and freedom.
